Employee Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Training: An Opportunity to Create Safer Campuses

Not only are employees required by federal law to receive training on sexual violence prevention and response, but employees are also critical in creating and maintaining a safe campus environment.  Chrysalis Network trainings exceed federal obligations by offering an expert perspective and skills training on how to empathically create and maintain such an environment.

Objectives Employee Participants will:

  • Meet their federal compliance obligations.
  • Understand the difference between risk reduction and primary prevention.
  • Feel empowered to be active bystanders against sexual violence and its contributing factors.
  • Have increased confidence in responding to disclosures of sexual violence.
  • Have increased understanding of protocols and obligations for reporting known incidents of sexual violence.

3-3 ½ hour training for up to 50 employees
